When a user wishes to cancel or amend a booking, they must notify us via email. We will only refund you if given 7 days notice.
Cancellations or amendments of an activity to an alternative day made after this period will be charged in full with no credit or refund applicable.
What should I do if my child is going to be absent, or I need to cancel a session?
Sickness
You can cancel or amend sessions through our booking system at any time, but our 72-hour cancellation policy means you’ll only get a credit note if you do so at least three days in advance. Any cancellations or amendments that fall within the 72-hour timeframe will still be charged.
Charging
Charging A charge of £1 per minute will be levied for all late collections. Managers must inform Customer Care of the exact time the child was signed out. Parents and carers will be reminded that if they persistently collect their child late, they may lose their place at the classes, clubs & holiday camps.
